Loving God Really is Inevitable
When You Learn About Him And Know Him Properly
Jess R.
There were too many things in the Bible that didn't make sense to me, scientifically. And the shortcomings and suffering of human beings did not seem like the work of a loving, omnipotent God before I attended the Faith in Action Bible study.
I started the Bible study at a point in my life where I was giving up on believing in God. Every lesson answered questions I had agonized over, or they taught me about the Holy Trinity, God's perspective, and how to connect with Him. The author of this Bible study came to write these lessons because he deeply loved Jesus, wanted to learn as much as possible from Him, and become close to Him.
From the stories and sermons included in the lessons, I came to realize that loving God really is inevitable when you learn about Him and know Him properly. This has been the only Bible study (out of many) that has enabled me to live a life of faith that I didn't think was possible, or reasonable. I learned how to pray and converse with God deeply, read and interpret the Bible and its many parables, understand and discern the revelations and inspirations the Holy Spirit gives in my daily life, manage my time and negative thoughts, and how to include the Lord in everything I do.
I gained a tremendous sense of peace, purpose, and hope that continues to grow with my relationship with Christ.
